5 shots in Milwaukee after the fight; captured woman

Milwaukee police said they have arrested a woman who is also the fifth victim of the shooting near 13 and Fiebrantz.

According to Milwaukee police, five people were recovering from their injuries after the fight escalated into gunfire. Three men, aged 25, 26 and 31, along with a woman, were injured. When asked if anyone was in custody, Milwaukee Police Captain Warren Allen replied: “We know who we’re looking for.” Just before midnight, Milwaukee Police said there was a fifth shot victim, a 26-year-old woman who was taken to the hospital for treatment. The victim of Thursday’s shooting has also been arrested and charges are pending with the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office, police said.

According to police, the shooting began at 8:14 p.m. on N13 Street, near Fiebrantz. Three men, aged 25, 26 and 31, along with a woman, were injured. All four are expected to survive.

Just before midnight, Milwaukee Police said the victim of the fifth shooting, a 26-year-old woman, was taken to the hospital and treated for her injuries. The victim of Thursday’s shooting has also been arrested and charges are pending with the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office, police said.

The investigation is underway.
