UFC middleweight champion Israel AdesanyaThe supremacy inside the octagon returns to his brilliant team and coach. His coach Eugene Bareman has been directing his coaching for several years now, and has overseen many championship matches for ‘Izzy’.
Bareman is the founder of City Kickboxing in New Zealand, a gym with a tie champion and featherweight king Alexander Volkanovski. Over the years, Bareman has built a reputation as one of the best in the business.
In a recent interview with Combat TV, the famous trainer revealed one factor to his success. Bareman didn’t hold back when he admitted that he drew inspiration from other successful coaches and their methods:
“You know when it comes to choosing a strategy and different tactics, there’s no right or wrong. Just it works, right? In the end it’s up to us to decide. We have an approach to everything and other teams have that way they approach things. And man, I’d love to study what other teams do and what other coaches do. And sure, a lot of what we do is 100%. plagiarism from other teams and other coaches.”
He delves deeper into how coaches and coaches should treat getting inspired by each other by taking note of each other:
“And look, that’s just what I think coaches and coaches should do. They should look at other successful coaches, teams and fighters and if there are aspects where they can be. add to their team’s success, they should steal them. One thing we should probably do as coaches and coaches is maybe a little more mutual recognition give each other a little thanks and things like that.”
