Arun Bali died at the age of 79; Neena Gupta writes heartfelt words for her co-star Goodbye

On Friday, veteran actor Arun Bali passed away at the age of 79. The late actor was known for films such as 3 Idiots, Panipat, and Laal Singh Chaddha among many others. He was last seen in the movie Goodbye led by Amitabh Bachchan and Rashmika Mandanna. Now, actress Neena Gupta has shared a heartfelt confession for her co-star.

On her Instagram page, Neena Gupta shared an old photo of herself with the late actor Arun Bali from the set of Parampara. The two have worked together on the TV show. Her note reads, “My first day of shooting in the Parampara series was set many years ago with Arun Bali. So glad we shot recently for Goodbye.”

Commenting on the post, Prampara’s producer Manish Goswami wrote, “First day of filming in movie city 1993… Time flies.” with arms crossed emoji.

According to reports, Bali died at his residence in Bandra. He is believed to have myasthenia gravis, an autoimmune disease. Arun Bali’s movies include Barfi, Samrat Prithviraj, Lage Raho Munna Bhai and more. He is survived by one son and three daughters.
