We’re happy to hear that things could turn out for the better Bam Margera.

The Jackass alum is back in court-ordered rehab now after returning to specialist supervision last weekend. That’s according to TMZrecently reported that the 42-year-old is returning to get help after a tumultuous period.

According to the store, Bam’s Unholy Union alum was able to ask the judge to restructure his treatment plan. The most important adjustment to Bam’s care, sources say, is that he is no longer in the hospital. Insiders hope this change could be of great benefit to the former reality TV personality, as the boarding business is clearly not going well.

Bam still faces limitations as he gets through treatment. According to the report, these include a sobriety requirement, a court order to attend classes and scheduled visits with a psychiatrist. Those responsibilities are quite similar to what would happen in a facility, so it was clear that the judge intended to ask Bam for as much help as he could even if it was a patient-free situation.

One source spoke very candidly about the situation, Page six:

“They will try outpatient approaches and pray for different results.”

We really hope for the best.

Of course, just weeks ago, Bam was discovered at a bar in Sarasota, Florida after allegedly absconding from a rehab facility. It’s one of those cases where MTV alum disappeared AWOL between different treatment attempts. Through it, his family and loved ones were hoping for intervention regarding his mental health and addiction problems.

Before his most recent rehab, one summer Instagram Posting about the situation, Bam’s family opened up a bit about his struggles. At the time, they shared this with the public:

“Bam is currently receiving treatment and we are helping him on social media while he focuses on his recovery. We are his family who love and reach out to him to collaborate on his content and updates. “

He was previously reported missing from another rehab facility in June. Two days after that report, he arrived safely in a hotel room. A few weeks before, he had run away from again and was again found at a nearby hotel room.

Obviously, it’s been a tough road for Bam. He was arrested on DUI charges in 2018. In addition to his treatment and rehab experience, the reality TV star was estranged from his wife, Nicole Boyd (pictured with Bam inside, above). Last September, she filed for custody of their 4-year-old son. Phoenixalso.

We continue to wish Bam good health during this difficult time.
