Britain says Russia struggles to sustain effective offensive combat
LONDON: British military intelligence said on Tuesday Russia has struggled to maintain effective offensive combat power since the beginning of its invasion Ukraine and the problem could become more and more serious.
“As well as dealing with severe manpower shortages, Russian planners face a dilemma between deploying reserve forces for Donbass or defend against Ukrainian counterattacks in the southwest Kherson “The Department of Defense said in an intelligence update.
The ministry also added that while Russia could still gain additional territorial interests, its pace of operations and growth is likely to be very slow.
