Citizen Sleeper’s First DLC Chapter, Flux, Launches Late July
Citizen Sleeperturn-based role-playing game debuted on Nintendo Switch, PC, and Xbox Game Pass in May, there will be the first of three DLC episodes scheduled for July 28 at noon EDT.
Title Flush, The first episode will begin a story that takes place across all three chapters of the free DLC. The second one so far slated to launch in October. A statement Tuesday from Jump Over the Age developer (aka Gareth Damian Martin) and publisher Fellow Traveler said: Flush will introduce new characters and expansion Citizen Sleeperstory and larger realm, the Helion System.
In Citizen Sleeper, players are chased by an outdated super company that has scheduled their bodies to be “outdated according to plan”. Waking up on a derelict space station called Erlin’s Eye, players choose one of three character classes and role-play their way through building a new life, with new allies, while remaining protect their old lives.
FlushNew characters include Eshe and Peake, the captain and crew of the Climbing Briar, respectively. “Players will learn more about them as they plan to get much needed relief through quarantine to the refugee team,” the Tuesday news release said.
Citizen Sleeper launches May 5 on Nintendo Switch, Windows PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
