During its annual Spark 2022 conference, Tencent Games announced Code: To Jin Yong, a new open-world action game steeped in martial arts literature and created in Unreal Engine 5.
Upcoming game comes from LightSpeed Studio, a most notable Chinese team for development Apex Legends Mobile and PUBG Mobile. Code: To Jin Yong is an adaptation of the wuxia (a fantasy martial arts) series of novels by famous author Jin Yong, which has been extremely popular in China since the 1950s. The game has the heroes of Yong’s novels and leverage Unreal 5’s powers, such as photometric technology, to create amazing martial arts and physics combat that martial arts fans should appreciate high.
