SRINAGAR: One policeman was killed and one CRPF Staff members were injured when terrorists attacked a team of security forces in Pulwama Jammu and Kashmir district on Sunday, police said.
The attack took place in the Pinglana area of the southern Kashmir district.
“Terrorists opened fire on a group of Naka of CRPF & Police in Pinglana, Pulwama. In this terrorist attack, 01 Police officer was killed and 01 CRPF employee was injured,” said Regional Police. Kashmir said in a tweet.

Police said reinforcements had been sent in and the area was being cordoned off.
