Cyberpunk 2077out-of-date-waiting-we-can-fix-it-role from CD Projekt Red, received another patch after substantial Edgerunners update, itself a pretty comprehensive list of fixes and new features. The latest batch of fixes fill in the code holes that prevent various tasks from completing correctly, but those who look a little more modest in their V’s style will breathe a sigh of relief because they won’t flash. half of the Night City each time they created a ripperdoc for some BA work.
Originally released in 2020 in a notoriously buggy and barely playable state, Cyberpunk 2077 no stranger to patches. The newest one, 1.61, contains a fix for a visual bug introduced when the previous update finally allowed players to customize V’s appearance after character creation through in-game doctors or “ripperdocs”. Listed in the list of “Pictures” fixes, V’s breasts will no longer clip through their clothes after the size adjustment. In addition to making V a little more modest, there are a few other improvements and new features to check out.
Cyberpunk no stranger to, uh, digital wardrobe malfunction. If you’ve played around with this awesome mess of a game, you’ve seen your share of the various clothes cutting problems. While I personally have not seen the’s had a boob problem lately (I’m fine with the choices I made when creating the character), this game’s constant buggy state makes any odd visual issues plausible. One could say it’s the game’s street representation.
The update includes a number of other life-saving fixes if you’re stuck on a mission. only. will not. evolution. (Seriously, I had to go back like five saves to complete the gunfight mission. And that’s it. after update 1.6!) “Missions & Open World” gets the most attention here, with over a dozen quests receiving various activation, spawn, and progression fixes. These are very welcome things to improve stability, but I apologize: keep a lot of saves in this game.
Update 1.61 also updates the pedestrian umbrella, adding more colors and shapes. But perhaps the best visual enhancement (aside from a bunch of UI measures, and apparently, the game’s end-of-game suddenly spikes in framerates after exiting the menus) is the inclusion of support AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 2.1 (FSR) on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series consoles.
