Dua Lipa is jump from one show to another worldwide, and her outstanding outfit coming along for the trip. Just days after making headlines for the Osheaga Arts and Music Festival in Montreal, Quebec, in a belated lace catsuit, the singer kicked off Sunny Hill Festival – an international music event organized by herself and her father, Dukagjin Lipa in Pristina, Kosovo – on August 4. She traded in her signature concert clothes for a custom Valentino by innovative Pierpaolo Piccioli: bra, tight miniskirt, opera glovesand booties, all with the same metallic texture. Dressed in a matching gown for the performance, Lipa sang and danced to her heart’s content for the third edition of her music festival.
Immediately after her set of photos, the singer shared the behind-the-scenes process of creating the sequins on Instagram, posting snaps of Piccioli himself sketching the designs. She also showed glimpses of what looks like a Valentino showroom, which is filled with clothes in famous vibrant pink. The creative director previously described it as “the color of love, community, energy and freedom.”
