Billionaire Elon Musk is being investigated by the federal government in connection with an acquisition attempt Twitter Inc., attorneys representing the social media company wrote in a court filing in Delaware.
“Elon Musk is currently under federal investigation for his conduct in connection with the acquisition of Twitter,” Potter’s attorney Anderson Corroon LLP wrote in an October 6, unsealed petition. Five.
