Israel strikes Gaza amid soaring tensions with militants

GAZA CITY: The Palestinian Ministry of Health says Israeli air strikes on Gaza have killed four people and wounded 15 others.
The Islamic Jihad The militant group said a senior commander, Taiseer al-Jabari, was among those killed.
