Jordan Spieth There are no plans to enter the LIV Golf tournament anytime soon despite rumors to the contrary.
On Thursday, Play golf every month reports that they have heard rumors that more players could move to LIV Golf after the Open Championship ends next week.
After Friday’s round at the Scottish Open, Spieth released a statement via Twitter that he had dropped any suggestion that he was contemplating leaving the Tour.
Spieth wrote: “Because of today’s false report, I feel compelled to comment. “Let me be clear, any reports that I am contemplating competing anywhere other than the PGA Tour are untrue. I do NOT participate in discussions with LIV. I’ve been quoted in the filing for months that I’m fully in favor of the PGA Tour and have never considered any alternatives. “
