Josh Duhamel said he went to the emergency room a few hours before the wedding!!

Josh Duhamel knot with fiancee Audra Mari last week – but he barely made it to the ceremony!

On the third episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden, the 49-year-old reveals a terrifying incident that threw his wedding plans into a spiral. After the rehearsal dinner, he said, attendees rented a party bus to take them for a drive, and he organized the party. In fact, Josh struggled so much that he ended up in the hospital:

“So I thought I’d hang from the rafters inside this party bus and start the crowd gliding on top of it, and I turned my back on it. I thought I was fine, I woke up the next morning and I really couldn’t get out of bed.”

Talk about the worst possible time!

The actor said the whole situation was “touch and go” until the ceremony started. He had to go to the emergency room and didn’t come back until HOURS before he got married:

“One day you have to be able to walk down that aisle. It was touched and gone right up until an hour before the wedding. I went to the ER, got shot up, and I was fine all night and when I woke up the next morning, I couldn’t get out of bed.”

Really bad! At least he made it down the aisle, but so much for enjoying the first morning as a newlywed…

Luckily, the celebratory party was great aside from the trauma, and the couple sounds happier than ever! Th-ch-watch the full interview (below):

Congratulations on the honeymoon! We hope Josh makes a full recovery soon so that he and his wife can create even more positive, memorable experiences together. LOL – League of Legends!
