Kanye West names a suspect in battery investigation after video shows him throwing woman’s phone
West Kanye is said to be under investigation for assault after a fiery encounter!

Ye allegedly got out of her car and was confronted by a woman who was filming the record producer in another car. While she held her phone to his face, Kanye was clearly upset and said:

The woman started arguing with him, saying she could record him because he was a “celebrity”. Well, Kanye didn’t like that answer because he then snatched her cell phone and threw it on the street. When Yeezy The fashion designer stepped out of the woman, he was faced with another person. However, it seems that person quickly retreated from Kanye. Not knowing what happened before he got off the car and approached the woman. It’s also unclear if she’s a pap or just a fan.

But it looks like Kanye might be in trouble because of what happened. Based on TMZ on friday, the Ventura hạt County Sheriff’s Department were called to the scene around 4:30 p.m., and they were given video evidence of the incident. The outlet later noted that the woman was seen talking to officers as she left the department. A law enforcement source also said Kanye was named as a suspect in a battery investigation. Oh. And that wasn’t the only incident that day. He also stopped in front of a group of reporters filming him and Bianca, saying:
“Do you want me to participate in your child’s games like that?”
When one of them tried to protect them, claiming that “we have a hundred,” Kanye replied:
“People need to stop when I see my kids. If I need to see my children, you can’t take a picture of me.”
The father did not back down, arguing that they were allowed to photograph him because they were on a public street. Kanye just stared at him before driving away and replied:
“It’s called human rights.”

In a video obtained by Page Six on Saturday, the paparazzi asked Keeping up with the Kardashians alum about what happened – and she quickly shuts him down. In the clip, the photographer can be heard asking Kim as she puts her children in the car:
“Hey Kim, what do you think about Kanye hitting someone… [sic] the paparazzi’s phone?”
Then she replied:
“Don’t tell me about it.”
