Nintendo has announced a remaster of one of the Wii . Games: Kirby’s Return to Dream Land. The remake launches for Switch on February 24, with pre-orders opening from today.
As usual for Kirby, it’s a platformer title in which he can copy enemy abilities. It will have some new subgames and at least one new copy ability. The game currently has a 4-player co-op platform, with different players having different abilities to copy Kirby.
Kirby is having something of a renaissance this year, on his 30th anniversary. Nintendo releases Kirby and the Forgotten Land, selling one 4 million copies since the last report. They also released Kirby’s dream buffet, a party game starring many Kirbys. In addition to the new games, Nintendo also launched a number of older Kirby title on Nintendo Switch Online.
