Rigel Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ 🙂 12% LOW; received guidance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regarding the Company’s reanalysis of data from the FORWARD phase 3 trial of fostamatinib for the treatment of patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia. warm body (wAIHA). Based on this guidance, Rigel does not expect to file an additional New Drug Application (sNDA) for this indication at this time. Rigel will continue to explore its options for the wAIHA program in relation to its full portfolio of growth opportunities.
Leggett & Platt (NYSE:) 8% LOWER; Fiscal Year EPS Cuts and Revenue Guide. The company currently has revenue of $5.1 to $5.2 billion (compared to $5.2 to $5.4 billion previously). Current EPS guidance is $2.30 to $2.45 (compared to $2.65–$2.80 previously).
Virgin Galactic Holdings Inc (NYSE:) 3% LOW; Wolfe Research starts coverage with an Underperforming rating with a $4 price target.
Zscaler, Inc. (NASDAQ 🙂 3% LOW; announced that Amit Sinha has accepted the position of CEO at a private technology company and will step down from Zscaler effective October 21, 2022. Dr. Sinha will resume her role as a member. Company’s Board of Directors. The R&D, Cloud Operations, and Customer Support functions that reported to Dr Sinha will now report directly to Jay Chaudhry, President and CEO.
Warner Music Group (NASDAQ 🙂 HIGHER 3%; Goldman Sachs starts coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $32.
ANGI (NASDAQ:) HIGHER 1%; announces the appointment of Joey Levin, CEO of IAC and Chairman of Angi, to the position of CEO of Angi. Oisin Hanrahan has resigned as CEO and Director of Angi. Mr. Levin will assume the role of CEO of Angi in addition to his duties as CEO of IAC and will oversee the Angis executive leadership team and day-to-day management of the company. These changes take effect today.
