We gave Miles Morales a 9 out of 10 when it was released in November 2020. Former editor Andrew Reiner wrote in review that:
“For the second act, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales is satisfying. Going online and soaring across New York’s winter skyline is just as enthralling as before, and Miles grows into a great hero. This next-up doesn’t have a lot of sinister punches, but it does deliver some great plot twists and ends with a post-credits scene that opens up another voyeuristic post-production sequence that teases a different future. exciting hybrid for Insomniac’s Spider-Man series.”
