(Reuters) – Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey on Tuesday said an agreement had been reached with opium producer Endo International (NASDAQ: PLC) and its lenders to provide $450 million as part of Endo’s bankruptcy.
The proposed settlement would provide cash to address the opioid crisis, key document disclosure requirements and ban on opioid advertising by Endo, AG said in a statement.
