New One Piece trend using song Ye (Kanye West) art reference NSFW

A piece, It’s better to call Saul actor Patrick Fabian and a song by Ye (rap artist formerly known as Kanye West) are both tied to what may be the internet’s most elaborate dodgy joke.

Earlier this week, a meme mentioned NSFW images of various characters from the popular manga and anime A piece has become the source of a trend that has taken the world by storm on TikTok and Twitter. This trend has resulted in several TikTok videos surpassing one million views, and the phrase “ONE PIECE IS REAL” has trended on Twitter and led to a exceed 13.00 tweets.

There’s a lot to think about, but here’s the gist of the trend: Videos begin with the sound of A piece the character Whitebeard says, “The One Piece! One Piece is real. ” Then the sound from Ye’s song “Dark Fantasy” interrupts, with a choir singing, “Can we go any higher? Too high.” As the audio plays, the video shows various images or clips of characters from the series, like Monkey D.Luffy or Trafalgar Law.

In the original video using this format, as the song Ye cuts in, viewers are shown NSFW edits of the characters showing off their penises. Now, a lot of the snippets out there just show images of various characters with no privacy, like Trafalgar Law and Tony Tony Chopper. (We won’t link the original here, but you can find it if you want.)

Another iteration of the joke swapped Whitebeard’s voice into an audio clip of American actor Patrick Fabian saying, “The One Piece! One Piece is real! Actor, known for his role as Howard Hamlin in It’s better to call Saulindicate the line in a Cameo sent to a random person whom he congratulates for passing the Ohio State Bar.

This trend is further catalyzed when a fan brings a sign mentioning the meme to an event and gets a photo of it.

A piece follow Luffy, a pirate with rubber powers begins his adventure to become the Pirate King. In the show’s world, the most elusive treasure is an object or collection called One Piece, and it’s the object every pirate aspires to. Some characters doubt its existence, but one day a mighty pirate known as Whitebeard confirm its existence in the middle of a fight, in the line referenced in the meme. If you’re still confused as to why this is even funny, we can’t blame you, but suffice it to say that the character’s dimples are said to represent the elusive “One Piece”. .

This trend exists at the intersection of different media and internet cultures. One Piece’s accompaniment formed the basis for the viral TikTok trend in which people use music to jokingly complaining about their partner. It’s better to call Saulthe Break spinoff in which Fabian appeared, was used for courtroom memes and reaction images.
