People of Telangana yearning for ‘double engine growth’: PM Modi at Hyderabad rally | India News


NEW DELHI: Hear the cry of the poll for 2023 Telangana council election, prime minister Narendra Modi said Sunday that the people of the state are hungry for the “dual-engine growth” that will happen when the BJP comes to power.
Addressing a large public meeting titled ‘Vijay Sankalp Sabha’ at the Parade Ground in Hyderabad, the Prime Minister Modi asserted that when the dual-engine government of the BJP is established in Telangana, development work will be accelerated in every city and village of the state.
Citing examples from other states, the Prime Minister said that the BJP’s dual-engine government has led to increased public confidence.
“Even in Telangana, people are paving the way for BJP dual-engine government,” he said.
The Prime Minister spoke at length about the various policies that the BJP government put in place for the welfare of the poor, the black and the tribal people.
He said: “BJP not only carries out innovation and technology projects but also provides resources to poor brothers and sisters… we are working tirelessly for the benefit of Telangana farmers.
Prime Minister Modi said that in the past eight years, the length of national roads in Telangana has doubled.
Praising the people of Telangana for their hard work, the Prime Minister said that the southern state has a lot of talents.
“Telangana is also known for its history and culture… its art and architecture are the pride of all of us,” said Prime Minister Modi.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who also spoke at the protest, attacked the Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) government led by K Chandrasekhar Rao in the state.
“KCR doesn’t care about your livelihood. He doesn’t care about unemployed youth. He just wants to make his son a CM,” he said.
Shah asserts that in 2023, not the son of KCR but the BJP will form the government in the state.
Speaking at the rally, BJP president JP Nadda said that the state is suffering heavy losses due to the KCR government.
“People are being disturbed by the corruption and injustice of the KCR government. The state is losing Rs 4,500,000 under him.
“People have responded well to us in recent elections held at different levels in the state,” Nadda said, referring to the BJP’s impressive track record in opinion polls. local.
