Recalling Ambedkar’s mantra ‘Bahujan Hitay, Bahujan Sukhay’ as the foundation of Prime Minister Modi’s development model, he also listed reforms in the education sector with a priority on teaching the mother tongue, improving strong basic infrastructure such as last mile delivery of bank accounts, gas and electricity connections, and provision of mortgage-free loans to the SC and ST communities.
