Strong earthquake strikes China’s southwestern Sichuan province

A 6.8 magnitude earthquake has struck a mountainous area in western China Sichuan Province after noon on Monday, China Earthquake Network Center speak.
The epicenter is in the town Licking at a depth of 16 kilometers, the center said, about 180 kilometers (111 mi) southwest of the capital Sichuan Chengdu.
Netizens from as far away as School and Xian said they felt the earthquake in Sichuan.
Minutes later, a second earthquake with a magnitude of 4.2 struck the city Yaan near Lude, according to the center.
No casualties have been reported so far.
In 2013, Yaan was hit by a strong earthquake that killed more than 100 people and injured thousands.
