Butler was driving 70 mph moments before the collision, in the 40 mph zone. Data from her car showed she was traveling at exactly 73 mph at the time of the crash.
Court records show Butler previously pleaded guilty to the DUI in Omaha, Nebraska in 2017, according to KTLA.
In June, authorities issued an arrest warrant for Butler several months after the fatal crash.
