HONG KONG (Reuters) – UBS is promising retention packages for asset managers in Asia at Credit Suisse, two people with knowledge of the matter said, as the bank tries to stop it. a talent exodus after taking over old Swiss rivals.
In a speech at town hall in Hong Kong on Friday, Iqbal Khan, UBS’s president of global wealth management, also focused on stabilizing the Credit Suisse Asia team and boosting confidence, one of sources said.
UBS and Credit Suisse did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
