UN experts: Rights abuses continue in Maduro’s Venezuela

CARACAS: Independent experts working with the UN’s top human rights body say Venezuelan authorities have been unable to tackle state-backed perpetrators including arbitrary executions, sexual violence education and torture of people, warning that abuses by intelligence and counterintelligence agencies are still ongoing.
