VR is struggling to get through the awkward period

Virtual reality has has long been hailed as the next big thing in tech. It is pure escapism; Put on headphones and immerse yourself in another world. At the very least, it would be easier to really immerse yourself if the headphones were comfortable to wear, less unwieldy, and a bit cooler looking. As hard to use as headphones, the technology inside them is actually getting pretty good. The latest headset to make the news is Sony’s PlayStation VR2. This is the first update to the PSVR in six years, and Sony has given us a preview of the device as it approaches its official release next year. We’re also hoping to hear more details about Meta’s newly revamped Oculus headset soon to help you join the company’s exotic super product.
