Ryan Reynolds take the help of a favorite holiday to get in the ‘spirit’ of this year’s season – none other than Leprechaun star Will Ferrell.
This couple set a new title Christmas movies Moralewith Reynolds dedicating the teaser trailer to his good friend Hugh Jackman above social media.
“Happy birthday, Hugh,” the actor began. “This year, I give you the gift of singing and dancing much better than you. But at least there’s Will and Octavia!”

Jackman responded in the comments, saying: “My 2nd best gift out of 54. X”
In Morale – Ferrell’s first big Christmas movie since the hit classic Leprechaun – the humorous duo begin tap dancing to a carnival song, before appearing in a Dickensian street scene reminiscent of old England.

From there, Ferrell takes Reynolds through various settings and time periods, before introducing himself as the Ghost of Christmas Present.
“Like ‘A Christmas Carol’?” Reynolds replied, in his signature skeptical tone.
And really, Morale is an updated take on the classic holiday fable, with Free boy Reynolds stars as Clint Briggs, the original anisotropic Ebeneezer Scrooge character.
The film also stars Oscar winner Octavia Spencer, who appears but is sadly not heard in this first teaser.
Morale A far cry from the first cinematic adaptation of the Charles Dickens classic, the film has seen nearly countless iterations dating back to 1938.
More recent releases include dark and gothic 2019 miniseries A Christmas Carol starring Australian actors Guy Pearce and Andy Serkis, and returning a little further, the entry zany Scrooged since 1988 starring Bill Murray, Bobcat Goldthwait and Carol Kane.
Spirited Away will premiere in theaters early November before streaming globally on Apple TV+ on November 18.
